I worked at Zipfizz full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It was pretty fun and interesting working here, because you never know who you will come across at your table. You can make good money in just one day or weekend work, 200-500 US

    Cons

Only downside is keeping up with the bottled Waters in the freezer and trying to unwind at the end of the day after drinking all that energy drink !

    Advice to Management

    No real advice for management

I worked at Zipfizz part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Free, unlimited for personal use energy drink mix! Can take home leftover demo supplies like bottled water, I had cases and cases of the stuff!

    Cons

Bottled water cases of 40 liters are HEAVY. Zipfizz gave me stomach cramps.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work, the stuff SELLS ITSELF! Right?

    Pros

Fast hire easy interview easy over all job

    Cons

Extremely high pressure sales trainer was scatter brained and overly rude to both trainees and customers and oblivious to both.

    Advice to Management

Train the trainers not to push trainees out and of the way and dominate it makes people uneasy and offended it also makes it hard to learn your set script

I worked at Zipfizz part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good product, the trainer was great

    Cons

-they make you spend your OWN money on the materials needed to sell the product (and it needs to be bought the day of and where you are going to be doing your promotion) they do return the money but in your paycheck THE FOLLOWING week (ridiculous system)
-They will threaten you all the time, they will tell you people are watching you, etc to make you sell more and if not they will get rid of you, so in my opinion they never cared about me as an employee
-They knew my region when I applied but purposely put me in a region 30 mins away from where I live.

    Advice to Management

-Do a better job at taking care of your employees and genuinely having compassion for them, ( I sold 27 boxes my first solo and was threatened by my trainer if I didn't sell more I would be fired ( I was never told this by the person who hired me.)

I am college educated and wasn't desperate so all these reasons and more are why I resigned.

    I worked at Zipfizz part-time

    Pros

The only good thing about Zipfizz is that the product tastes good.

    Cons

They want you to force the product on every single person instead of building actual relationships with people. 8 hours a day selling the product is waaaaaay too long, especially for $10 an hour as a base salary. It's hard as heck to make commission and the commission isn't nearly enough for you to stand and sell the product for 8 hours a day on a Saturday and Sunday. I have better things to do than this such as actually have a life.

    Advice to Management

Make sure that you create a culture that actually fosters relationships from your management level so that they're not focused on numbers all the time. Management is supposed to manage and train the BAs, not take over their station and sell for them. How are they actually going to learn how to sell and sell the right way. I dealt with the most obnoxious manager EVER and she turned me off of the company...well, she was definitely the determining factor.

I have been working at Zipfizz full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great Compensation, upper management and training resources. Excellent growth opportunity. They only hire tops sales reps, but give everyone a chance. Amazing product.

    Cons

This company has high Sales Standards, in a competitive market and expects results; they do provide ample compensation when goals are met.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Zipfizz part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The product is great and easy to sell and the wages are decent for two days a week. That's really about it.

    Cons

You must be a Zipfizz robot to succeed. Working 2 days a week makes it impossible to have other jobs and they demand you work around exactly what they want.

    Advice to Management

Be more personable and understanding of your employees personal lives. Especially when you're not offering them a full time salary.

I worked at Zipfizz part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The produce works fast and makes for a fast sale after a product test.
    Decent commission grid.

    Cons

Corporate offices are not responsive to the field. I called 3x, emailed 1x, and never got a response. No upper management or HR contact given to field reps.
GA local managers are not sufficient at writing in English.

    Advice to Management

Improve your phone skills. 3 out of 3 managers sound muffled and very hard to understand, every time they are on the phone. Every time!
Improve your text skills. Texting is a job requirement. Text can still have punctuation and is part of the language. Best practice, use punctuation in communicating.

I have been working at Zipfizz part-time

    Pros

Great pay, especially for a college student. Higher Ups are pleasant to work with and are very caring.

    Cons

uncomfortable push for sales, for some it could make them fear for their job with the company. product is at times hard to sell, and because of the lack of advertising the company does, it results in a greater demand for high sale numbers.

    Advice to Management

slow down long enough for your reps to catch their breath. personally, the push for sales makes me extremely nervous for the well being of my position with you all.
