I have been working at Zipfizz part-time

    Pros

Great pay, especially for a college student. Higher Ups are pleasant to work with and are very caring.

    Cons

uncomfortable push for sales, for some it could make them fear for their job with the company. product is at times hard to sell, and because of the lack of advertising the company does, it results in a greater demand for high sale numbers.

    Advice to Management

slow down long enough for your reps to catch their breath. personally, the push for sales makes me extremely nervous for the well being of my position with you all.

I worked at Zipfizz part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The produce works fast and makes for a fast sale after a product test.
    Decent commission grid.

    Cons

Corporate offices are not responsive to the field. I called 3x, emailed 1x, and never got a response. No upper management or HR contact given to field reps.
GA local managers are not sufficient at writing in English.

    Advice to Management

Improve your phone skills. 3 out of 3 managers sound muffled and very hard to understand, every time they are on the phone. Every time!
Improve your text skills. Texting is a job requirement. Text can still have punctuation and is part of the language. Best practice, use punctuation in communicating.

I worked at Zipfizz part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you need this type of schedule, this is the perfect job.
In comparison to many 'brand ambassador' jobs, this is one of the better ones.
At the time, I worked for them...I was able to maximize the opportunity and make fairly decent money for working part-time.
    The product works!
If you have an outgoing personality, this is a good opportunity to learn the sales process, which you can take elsewhere.

    Cons

Even though I was a top performer (1-2% every week out of 488 reps), there were no opportunities to even bring new ideas to management or apply for a job in corporate, even though positions where available.
    H.R. department was impossible.
Hierarchy not professional, many issues and problems with owner/management at the time.

    Advice to Management

    It wouldn't matter.

I worked at Zipfizz part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Meet great people, product sells easily. Good product. Easy tangible sell. Best part is the members. It's a weekend job, so if one works hard you maybe can make a good paycheck. I was forced to do a 20 word minimum.

    Cons

Well for starters, I was going to be offered and trained for a district manager position. I'm a rep. All those promises never delivered. I put my notice in. I got shorted on a paycheck that I made high commission. So, the more boxes you sell the less you make. So where is the incentive. This job is for older retirees who really don't care they just want a job and not a career. Stay away from this and find a job that applauds your efforts not degrades. I have been a long term employees as well, not a newbie. Online sales are playing a bigger role, whereas Sams and Costco are losing. Member complaints as well.

    Advice to Management

You have no communications on your frontlines which are your reps. Communicate. Don't just worry about your bonuses. Change commission structure to where it's worthwhile to stay. Management is not professional, not caring. Do what you say you will do. Some management needs to be replaced, hands down.

I worked at Zipfizz full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Management loves motivated employees who are extremely ambitious. So, if you want to turn a "Weekend" job into a more traditional 5 or 6 day a week job - you can.

    Cons

The product is good but it is the kind of product that can be easily overlooked and/or disregarded. Those who really make money with this company are those who are willing to hustle.

    Advice to Management

Decentralize your marketing approach and give more marketing power to your Regional Managers.
