"Salesperson"

- Compensation and Benefits★★★★★
- Senior Management★★★★★
RecommendsNegative OutlookI have been working at Zolo full-time for more than a year
Pros
Zolo sends you leads and depending how well you follow up with those lead determines how many more you will get. Unsupervised, work from home most times, feel autonomous but get a steady stream of leads. A good portion of the leads are rentals but if you don't mind working on them you may convert to a buyer down the road.
Cons
No offices in some locations so you are meeting at a coffee shop and explaining what Zolo is. People think they are getting the listing agent which you need to work around. A lot of the renters will not qualify so SCREEN SCREEN SCREEN.
