    No proper crm, u r a free bird till you nod ur heads at all point to ur seniors..anything can be edited deleted lied.. So that's a pros for newbies..

    Market Is Ready To Take You And Your Fraud Business Practices, No Respect As People Have No Faith In The Product, Its AA Professional Liars World..Being Indian Cheat Indian

    Be True, Say What Your Product Is About, Do Not Hide Or Play With Clients Money. Do Best From Your Own, Do Not Copy Competitors Idea Be Original, Please Give TDS Certificate To Clients And PF Accounts Details To Your Own Employess

    1. Come and go anytime you want. Some of the old and hard-working team members come at 12pm and leave at 8pm. It's a start up culture after all 2. If you like parties and hanging out at your bosses place all night, this is the place to be 3. The best thing you will learn here is how to live without salary for 2 months straight! Sometime even more. This place teaches you to manage your finances like no one else!... (Inconvenience is always regretted) 4. Factors that have great chances of getting you a job here are: If you are left out in your campus placement, this company will pick you. If you are a junior of any of the co-founders, previous experience just doesn't matter at all. Be it in Finance or Chemical, you will be welcomed aboard.

    1. Cannot mention NO SALARY as a con as it teaches you Financial Management, which we wouldn't have learned otherwise. 2. Slow internet, lots of mosquitoes, even the free evening snacks have stopped. 3. Your skills, views, suggestions, work won't matter if you are not a friend of the co-founders. 4. Having a close friendship with other team members is more important as daily/weekly stand-ups, open communication... just won't happen here. You get to know what others are doing only when you ask them. But there's a catch, people won't tell you what they are doing unless you are one of the co-founder. As in one of the founder's own words, daily stand-ups just wont happen, we are busy messing up with the product. 5. The founders may have been good when they started the product, but they don't understand when they themselves are ruining the product

    Advice to Management

    1. Hats off to the founders to have the guts to run a company on your own, it's no small feat. 2. Understand when your product has no potential to make money 3. Understand when to quit 4. Focus on generating revenue from the product, not just blindly run behind customer acquisition. You have already burned half the funding in customer acquisiton. 5. As a leader it's your duty to understand company cash flow.... When you know you won't be able to pay salaries the next month, then how can you hire people the current month! Either you are overly optimistic or just plain stupid

    Pros

    Anshuman Pandey (CTO) is the only asset and Goodwill of Ziffi.

    Cons

    Delayed salary is common in Ziffi. PF Contribution not paid since July 2015 when company started facing financial issue. Employees are taken for granted and work at Ziffi without pay like working for charity. Management can't pay salaries on time and talks abt giving hikes :P

    Advice to Management

    Shutdown the company if u can't pay the salary and PF contributions on time.

    Talented CTO and COO in respect to technology

    Zero management skills!! Salary?? Ohh just forget about it... if you get salary once in 75 days then you are lucky.. Party?? Yes!! Even though employees do not get salaries on time top management do have parties on regular basis!!.. Tech Lead?? An intelligent guy who only knows to write mails in proper english without any technical knowledge.. CEO?? who hires his friends, relatives and people who have... successuflly closed their start ups.. and yes ofcourse who loves partying after saying that he regrets due to inconvenience caused by delay in salary..

    Pros

    They have good working environment, they never put pressure for anything. There are many bad reviews about working environment above but I have never seen any even after working here for more than 1 year.Those in tech and design team are the most relaxed team. All young people in company and its a place to work with chill out.

    Cons

    Senior management is worst,they never take good decisions. All engineering guys with technical capabilities but zero management knowledge. Not at all professional and hiring friends & relatives. They are bringing people from all failed startup to fail their own co. Its always good talent that makes a co. run not the friends. Even they take undue advantage as no one is there to monitor them. People who are good in... boot polishing will definitely get a appraisal in mid of year but people who only work hard will be out of company. For sales this is the worst company to work.

    Advice to Management

    Bring some people with better management skill to have a look on your company not all failed entrepreneurs. Make strategic plans that can be implemented successfully and stop taking random decisions. You are not able to get funding because of your incapability to pitch right. Stop wasting money in parties and improve your presentation skill. You only have a good plan but no vision to take your co. to peak of success.... Sometimes I feel that you are waiting for some other company to acquire ziffi and you get money. Still I wish ziffi to get the funding soon.

    Following is the consolidated meaning of words used in the positive reviews: - Independent Work Culture : The company has an amazing work culture. The manager would sit beside you and pester you till you complete the work. He would hang around you like a Pendant till you finish your work and that is what is termed as Independent Work Culture. Flexi timing - All managers have flexi timing. For developers the... timing is from Sunrise to Sunrise. Tech lead - A person who spends his entire time correcting Typographical and grammatical mistakes and who doesn't even understand the T in Technology. Salary - What do you mean by Salary!!!

    Some of my colleague are really money minded. Even though the CEO in one of his mail did stated that he 'highly regrets the inconvinence caused' because of not getting salaries, they are still not satisfied. They claim that they had to default their loan payment but did the company ask these to take a loan. Not getting salaries on time is simply a trade off for being part of this great culture.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up!!! Special applause to the CEO. Keep hiring more managers so there can be more meetings and discussions and who cares about developers. The CEO is the next Steve Jobs in the making or rather Steve (No) Jobs for present employees.
