    Pros

    As it is a start-up the salary offered is good, which by the way never comes on time.

    Cons

    Top level management is really irresponsible, they take a lot of time to make a decision and doesn't hesitate to change it overnight and finally impose it on employees.

    Advice to Management

    Make up your mind before you come up with a model or process. People sitting on the top of organizational hierarchy should have a vision and collectively make decisions and stick to it and not roll out a model today and change it tomorrow and keep doing it until you feel it is right. Please pay the salary on time don't pay August's salary in October and finally don't blame employees for asking their salary.

    Pros

    Performance driven company rather than having the though process of micro managing its team members. Great work culture where the co-founders are one amongst the team members. Ziffians work hard and party harder. A great place to work

    Cons

    Nothing is perfect .. Saying so, Ziffi has managed well to hire right talent, maintain the tempo of work.. Though its learning with its experiences but not at the cost of its created work culture.

    Advice to Management

    Keep the management style same, as this has percolated down to the line managers

    Pros

    What a super management. Sacked the employees in just one day without any notice or without any compensation. Very happily top management tells employees that they are sacked and they have to leave the office in half an hour. Irresponsible and immature management. Always busy in parties and useless stuff. Loves people who can make show off.

    Cons

    People if you care about your future stay away from this company and its management.

    No need to advice such a talented management

    Only pro is free evening snacks.

    Cons

    No salary on time. Don't have money even then hired people. They played with career and fired them all like no one cares. Thanks Ziffi for stabbing us.

    I have been working at Zooty full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    There is a high degree of ownership in everything that you do in Ziffi. Each day is different filled with new challenges. This company has definitely lot to offer in terms of learning. Met some very intelligent people with interesting backgrounds. The founders are very committed, approachable and close to employees. Feels like a family here. Definitely having fun.

    Cons

    Work life balance can be little off. But this could be the case with any startup in a growth stage which has lots to offer.

    Pros

    I enjoy a good work-life balance Here things move fast & work doesn't get stuck because of the decision making unlike other startups or big corporations. Founders and team leaders are helpful, dynamic and approachable by every single employee. People here are not ridiculed for making mistakes. Overall a good place to work, learn and have fun.

    Cons

    The only bad (yet good) thing about Doc Suggest is that you start taking the ownership of the company's growth.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up with the good work. The culture that you have tried to built is something that many organizations crave for. If you see your people working and smiling then you know there isn't much in terms of suggestions/advice that you can look out for.

    No one is being paid - neither employees nor business partners. Poor management of employees. A lot of lies about payment dates. No ethics. No values. Please keep away.

    I have been working at Zooty full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    It is a good place to start your career with. Team size is small so contribution across teams is visible. In the recent times, they have got lot of visibility which can make it one of the good companies to work with.

    Cons

    Nepotism in the company, all the top posts belongs to the friends and family of the cofounders. Salaries are delayed from past two months and no information when it will be credited. CEO of the company does not look responsible for the employees, he acts as if he does not care why people are coming to work. Many key people left the company due to deteriorating culture, very high attrition rate.

    Advice to Management

    Rating system of employees should be well implemented. Differentiate people by their work not their resumes. Salary on time.
