    Pros

Great people, fun environment and excellent technology.

    Cons

Lots of changes. Unstable. Acquired by Mblox Inc. in 2014 (horrible company). Then acquired by StarStar Mobile 2015.

    Pros

The last upgrade to the leadership team made a huge difference in morale and results.

    Cons

Late stage entrant into a very mature market. Too much venture money raised.

I worked at Zoove full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Zoove has a couple of cool products built by some of the best and smartest people you'll ever meet. Innovation is encouraged and credited, management accepts ideas from everyone. Work/life balance is great, get the job done and no one cares if you have to come in late or leave early once in awhile.

    Cons

Strategy focused on generating revenue before widespread product adoption has made it difficult to generate the momentum needed to really take off, and the runway has to end sometime.

    Pros

Good work/life balance, interesting work and good compensation. Positive atmosphere.

    Cons

Unique new product with no real direct competition and usually isn't understood right away by prospective clients.
