I have been working at Zotec Partners full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The coworkers were great and the pay isn’t bad

    Cons

They say the company is transparent but it’s not. You are told all that you need to do to succeed here is show up, follow hippa regulations, and be nice which is inaccurate You are just a number and if you don’t become an ACE as they say by getting all of your numbers high so they look good you are treated like a second class human being

    Advice to Management

Tell your employees what to expect in the beginning instead of throwing what’s really expected of them after their habits have been formed based on what you said in the beginning

I have been working at Zotec Partners full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Casual dress, pay not bad

    Cons

No talking while at work, micromanagers, manage by crisis, do not follow billing best practices, questionable ethics, managers speak condescendingly to employees very disrespectful, constant change of focus based on current crisis to maintain client promised expectations, no flexibility

    Advice to Management

Manage don't micromanage, treat others how you would expect to be treated, take some leadership courses and management should choose their managers/leaders more wisely

I have been working at Zotec Partners full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

There isn't much here. Company knows how to market to unsuspecting doctors and uses the fear factor to its advantage.

    Cons

Sadly there are many negatives here. It didn't used to be this way. Greed changes people? The Titanic was the luxury cruise liner that promised to change the world. From law suites over fraud allegations and investigations to mass lay offs to finance the luxury toys of the CEO, T.Scott Law and pay the over-leveraged company debt. Ironic that the Titanic also starts wit a T.

    Advice to Management

You clipped the ice berg, now you are dragging it with you. too late for this company. Advice: Find God. Be truthful. Put others first once in a while.
