    Pros

Flexible hours, good starting pay, friendly environment, very clean and welcoming, can always contact management if there is any issues at all.

    Cons

I worked at Zoup! part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

A unique counter-serve restaurant with a fresh concept. People like to come in and ask for your recommendations because there are so many options especially because the soups would rotate. Our franchise owner was great. He made sure to have some face time regularly and asked for our advice. Also, you get a free meal with a shift.

    Cons

It's your typical low-wage, part-time service industry job - a good stopgap but not a career.

    Advice to Management

Not a bad place to work.

    Pros

Everyone was like a family, the pay was good for an entry level job and it wasn't back breaking work

    Cons

Weren't really any cons. There's always going to be people you don't get along with well but the overall experience and company was great

I worked at Zoup! (More than a year)

    Pros

Free lunch. They like to project a fun culture, this is just for show.

    Cons

This was easily the most dysfunctional company I've ever worked for. The initial job description was extremely misleading. The management is under-qualified and this results in a lot of finger-pointing and negativity. This also means that you will never get credit for your work and upper management will gladly throw you under the bus. They have zero employee loyalty. Regardless of how long you've been with the company, when they decide you're out, they'll fire you with no explanation. Instead of focusing on more consistent and better-quality products and store experiences, they only care about franchising. They have no qualms about plagiarism. If you think the promotions and branding look familiar, it's because you've seen them at Chipotle or Panera.

    Pros

This company operated in a professional manner. It is known for its successful staff and service rate. Also, the food lives up to its value.

    Cons

None, it was an enjoyable experience

    Advice to Management

Keep operating the way you are. Feeling like a family environment makes work days enjoyable.

I have been working at Zoup! part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Easy and routine. Always know what needs to be done everyday because it doesn't change. Great food and unlimited soup for employees!

    Cons

Boring and repetitive, not really any change. Customers suck sometimes and management isn't super great. Closing the store sucks mostly.
