The company has created an innovative platform that has the ability to transform the business of customers, so it's an exciting thing to be a part of. No code is revolutionizing software and will only grow. The company culture is based on delivering outstanding results, and it's rare to see a client that isn't amazed at what we can do and deliver. It's a small and agile team where everyone has a voice that is respected and there is a ton of trust and independence given to everyone. Amazing opportunity to define your own professional and financial growth and even impact the direction of the platform and company. Great leadership that encourages individual aspirations outside of the office and is very supportive.
Cons
While it's exciting to be part of a new solution it's also challenging to bring in new prospects. Not really a con about the company but a challenge of the industry.
