    Cons

Everyone reports to work at same time and share one and only lift. Low quality canteen food. Internal politics and favoritism. Slow career growth. Messy production team.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

-good start to gain knowledge and skills in Pharmaceutical Sales or in becoming a Medical/ Pharmaceutical Representative(Medical Promotion Specialist- Zuellig/Pharmalink term for the position)
-the company provides a wide range for career growth and exposure.

    Cons

-compensation is lower compared to a rep from the principal company.
-most probably no car(depends on the assigned principal).
-sometimes with unclear distinction of territorial/product distinction where the pharmalink rep promotes the same product in the same territory with the rep of the principal company.

    Advice to Management

Provide more concise plan for longer duration for better adaptation of the MPS since most strategies and implementation felt rushed and decreased MPS accomplished objectives.
