Pros
Supportive and collaborative working environment, clear focus on customers, leadership team committed to listening and improving based on feedback. I’ve found a real commitment here to supporting work/life balance as well, key for working parents — no late night or weekend demands or emails from managers which is the norm at other tech companies.
Cons
Can be a bit siloed — but that’s to be expected in a remote environment; over-rotation on homegrown platforms and systems that aren’t efficient.

Cons
If there are any, I haven't witnessed them.

Cons
High attrition in recent years has hurt the tech org immensely. Company is trying to rebuild from a very difficult financial year.

Pros
Used to be an amazing place to climb the ladder. Still can be if you’re on the right team.
Cons
Wow, it’s unfortunate how “leaders” have completely ruined this place. They don’t listen or take care of their employees and cheap as hell. I was laughed at when I questioned reviews and merit raises.

Pros
Remote work is nice and flexible Nice co-workers who are great to chat and work with
Cons
Companies direction is totally lost, they are targeting ESM customer, which rarely equates to dollars. Sales are dropping and nothing is really changing as far as strategy Managers are constantly leaving, so when a new one comes in, they shift the goals and direction again before anyone had any time to act on the previous changes Very stressful environment, all responsibility falls onto merch for successful events, even if studio, marketing, managers, etc. drop the ball Large workload, so many people have left and they just laid off lots more people, so I can't imagine that's getting any better for anyone who is left Non-competitive pay, jobs in the same role at different companies will pay much better than they do here, which is why turnover is so high Ability to get promoted is also very difficult, which is another reason why so many people leave
