    I have been working at Zuora full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Young and energetic workforce. Very open to changes that improve the company as a whole. Easy access to everyone, including executives.

    Cons

    Lack of processes and standards. Making things up as they go along, but improving daily.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing and don't let "experienced" people tell you otherwise.

    Great place to work in terms of company culture and people you work with. Extremely international. Foster the proactivity and promote personal initiatives in every employee. Work with clients cross industry, from Startup to established corporations, and allow you to learn several industry specific processes and organizations.
