    Pros

Friendly, organized, and efficient. Great place for foodies to work!

    Cons

Offices improved ten-fold when they moved to Pleasantville. Former offices were dumpy.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

  2. "A unique and enjoyable company"

    Pros

I love working with my padre at henkel. Every day is a sharp and intriguing experience.

    Cons

No knives allowed at work. How can they do that? The company makes the finest knives around next to some Japanese brands. And maybe Wusthof.

    Advice to Management

Overall, keep it up. Challenge workers daily.

I worked at Zwilling J.A. Henckels full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Open office, no time restraints (no one is watching when you come in & leave), flexible hours, open door policy with management, great food options

    Cons

No respect if you're an attractive lady, lack of hr department, must constantly "wear many hats", not enough time in the day to accomplish all projects, retroactive processes (if any), change of processes hard to establish, everyone seems to like doing their jobs archaically, not enough training, must "learn as you go"

    Advice to Management

Ensure that the job description offered is indeed the job one will be doing... also what for inappropriate behaviours & comments from management, process of firing an employee is very odd and makes the rest of the team unsafe, be more consistent with team announcements

I worked at Zwilling J.A. Henckels (More than a year)

    Pros

The working environment is quite nice.

    Cons

The future career is not good

  6. "Gute personalentwicklung"

    Pros

    Advice to Management

Eigentlich nichts Besonderes. Es wäre wahrscheinlich schön, dass man mehr Freiheit gegönnt wird, eigene Initiativen durchzusetzen. Mehr raum für Selbstengangement und Innovation.
