    I worked at Zynga full-time

    Pros

Worked with some of the most interesting and talented people in my industry. Collaboration between teams is very easy, and there's a good support structure for professional growth.

    Cons

Direction changes too frequently. Former CEO and founder is too involved in business and is generally a poor leader.

    Advice to Management

Actually listen to your employees and provide answers to the company's problems that are not sugar-coated. You hire smart people, treat them like it.
