I have been working at adidas Group full-time

    Pros

Structure is terrific. Pay is decent and the benefits are very good.

    Cons

It's decentralized and is beginning to become centralized. This means that many branches are being consolidated resulting in layoffs.

    Advice to Management

Know what each position and branch does before consolidating.

I have been working at adidas Group part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I'm 6 months in and...
Great work experience with awesome coworkers, but it's really what you make it! For the most part the managers are great and when you find your place they really help you bring out that side of you everyday.

    Cons

They can get very cheap with scheduling and are not very good at positioning new hires. They would put all the first shift employees in the same area.

    Advice to Management

Mix the new hires with vet employees so they can teach them the ropes and no one else closing the store has to suffer. Call employees in if you see it's going to be a long night.
