    Pros

    Benefits - Medial / Dental/ Vision care all good, 401k with company match, stock purchase option, product discount and discounts at other companies
    adidas brand heat / growth of brand
    internal promote when opportunity exist is preference

    Cons

    full transparency / full commitment to individual development / growth

    Pros

    Small store that is easily managable since there's not much to keep up with most of the time.

    Cons

    It is not really a social environment unless you yourself are looking to get something out of this

    Advice to Management

    Create some sales games to encourage more incentives to push sales and personality onto people

    Pros

    excellent staff that is always kind and opened to you, as well as the managers, its all about connecting in that store and thats what they want to see and you will do well.

    Cons

    sometimes can get hectic and managers take their frustration out on associates. also associates don't do their job to the fullest potential.

    I worked at adidas Group part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The discount on top of sales were great. They work with your schedule. And the breaks were just breaks.

    Cons

    Employees(management) are rude, disrespectful and racists. The pay and hours were ok for the holiday but want pay any bills.

    Advice to Management

    Train the managers/team leads better. Give then time before promoting them.

    I have been working at adidas Group full-time

    Pros

    very laid back atmosphere, tons of drinking events on campus, able to play sports/workout during lunch breaks

    Cons

    compensation is lower than Nike, not a ton of space for meetings/conferences. some of our facilities are a bit on the older side

    Advice to Management

    Upgrade facilities & start to pay people more so we can keep them around for longer

    -Free shoes every 3 months
    -Very flexible with schedules
    -Good employee discount

    Cons

    -Management sucks
    -If you work for a performance store , you cant wear original shoes
