    Pros

    Not your average retail job. You decide your approach to things. Some take advantage while others don't care. Overall easy.

    Cons

    Unorganized at times. Management get paid little or nothing.

    Advice to Management

    Don't hire lazy people.

    opportunities to take control of your career within the company
    discounts in various others companies such as reebok, taylormade

    Cons

    at times can seem like you can be over looked if not given the chance.
    management won't approach you if they feel you're cut out to be promoted

    Advice to Management

    always have serious touchbase with associates
    corporate level always visit stores and become accessible

    Pros

    Like-minded, fun coworkers. In-store and online discounts. Cool products.

    Cons

    Customers are indecent during big sales. Constant shoplifting. Didn't train new workers like they were supposed to.

    Advice to Management

    Don't arrange the store in ways that customers can take advantage of camera blindspots.

    Great people, good pay, great colleagues- access to fantastic projects.

    Cons

    Collaborating with other external agencies, you never know what you will get.

    Advice to Management

    Not much to improve. Be more upfront with regard to available budget.

    Pros

    It was a fun atmosphere, get to work with fun people in a competitive environment. Your job focuses on selling products.

    Cons

    The store gets extremely messy and there needs to be a better way to keep product organized. Mismate's are unacceptable and there should be better pay.

    Advice to Management

    managers were great, I've had a wonderful experience working with them. there is not a lot of room for growth as highschool student

    Pros

    Discount, traveling to other states/ countries, coworkers, sports, and customers you meet from around the world.

    Cons

    Upper management always says they hire from within the company but that is not always true. Other that is it a perfect place to work.

    Advice to Management

    Hire people from within adidas only and promote you're workers. So you won't have horrible management like in my store.

    Pros

    really fun and chill. Good for a first job. I enjoyed receiving the bonuses. The discounts were amazing.

    Cons

    The pay wasn't great, but I don't expect any better. You just receive minimum wage, which for me was 8.50
