    Pros

Chill enviorment, it's nice seeing new products roll out

    Cons

Mangment has no idea what they are doing & sales associates pull most of the weight. Raises were about 10 cents a year! Run fast

    Pros

Covered parking.....I have nothing else good to say about the brand. Good place for a younger worker to start and get some experience.

    Cons

They bled out a multi billion dollar business.
They are on the 3rd or 4th (might be 5th) marketing plan since 2012. Latest marketing plan that I saw today was RBX.....Marketing it as a less expensive alternative to UA and Nike. Smells like Lee jeans vs. Levis.
    Good luck!

    Advice to Management

Cut your losses asap and sell the brand if it's not too late!!!

    Pros

If you know how to talk about something you don`t know and you are not technical but business career track seeker - tons of opportunities to grow.

    Cons

If you are pursuing technical career track - really difficult to advance plus hard to get really good experience as almost everything which can provide real hands-on experience is outsourced.
