I worked at adidas full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great benefits and salary. Flexible on time and good discounts on merchandise. Work is mostly independent with knowledge of priorities from manager.

    Cons

Repetitive work drags on with a lack of being creative. Facilities were inadequate for the department. Lack of communication with other departments in other buildings led to problems.

    Advice to Management

Hire young staff rather than keeping older personnel for long stays.
