    Pros

World class organization willing to be cutting edge allowing employees to grow. Great benefits and work environment. Ability to move around the world on foreign assignments.

    Cons

Headquarters is in a small town in Germany. Culture can be challenging. Need to be willing to accept the German way.

    Advice to Management

Recognize the significance of the US market and let the US operate as a US company. Give all of the brands the same opportunity instead of holding back one for another (promoting adidas at the expense of Reebok).

    Pros

Everyone at adidas had a positive attitude and there appeared to be plenty of opportunities for career advancement.

    Cons

I have been working at adidas full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Benefits and time off are great. Sabbaticals are now offered starting at 15 year employees

    Cons

Management, most are great but the one I directly report to is awful. She has lots of friends that work under her and they are treated way better than the rest of us.

    Advice to Management

    Check into middle management better

I have been working at adidas full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fun, inclusive. It is truly a sport environment with a flair of fashion mixed in with the Originals & NEO collection.

    Cons

Disorganized, immature corporate leadership. Technology in operations is far behind the competition. Orientation is overwhelming and becomes obsolete when you hit the sales floor. Bonus program is fairly unachievable in the outlets.

    Advice to Management

Have fun, get the job done

    Pros

Great culture of Fitness. Many people work out during the workday - take a lunch and are heading home by 5.

    Cons

Reebok is the ugly red headed step child in the Adidas family. Not sure about where the company is going.
