    Love the company culture, support the brand 100%, great perks

    No say in uniforms, but nothing major about that. Good luck if part time, hours are scarce. (at least at my location)

    Co-workers are the best part of the job. They are a great resource for help and motivation. This is a fast-paced job that allows for learning to multitask.

    Cons

    Communication between associates and management, and amongst managers, is an area that requires much improvement. Organization in the boh process.

    Great starting point for getting into management. Pay is about average for the position and benefits are significantly better than other corporations with this career.

    Work schedule is not in consist like all retail jobs. Working a lot of weekends and holidays.

    amazing experience, you are really exposed to the whole internal structure of the company. Pays well, and the company is great with letting you branch out and try other positions.
