    Pros

Great company, great people. Everyone is very willing to help and offer advice. The company is about production but you need to be a culture fit in order to thrive in the company. It is very sports oriented and the employees are very active outside of their job. I would make sure I get my work done every day but could also run to the gym during lunch hours and eat a lunch at my desk. Very flexible as long as you get your work done.

    Cons

The pay is not as competitive as other companies for MBA graduates. At least not with my experience. It seemed as if of the 97 total summer interns, majority of them were undergraduate and only about 15 were graduate students (that is a rough estimate).

I worked at adidas full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great product with great momentum in the market place. All the fringe benefits of being involved with a sports company is any fan’s dream.

    Cons

Does not have good internal development and advancement from within. They prefer to hire externals over internal promotion and any development is self directed.

    Advice to Management

The people culture needs to apply to all employees not the special few

I worked at adidas full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

This is a huge group with good benefits, good system and good training program. Most employees are smart and have good education background. The innovation is also good but not good in Liaison office. Liaison office just needs Doers.

    Cons

Colleagues are annoying with "Crowd effect". The whole group seems to love creators but in fact, in liaison office, they just love good doers. Most of them work for the company for a long time and seem to have a fake team spirit and bully culture. Teams are bonded on gossip only.

    Advice to Management

Should be less judgemental. Better to have managers who have different experiences in management than someone who stays in a company for too long. Those too-long-stay people are often old-fashioned, judgemental and bossy. They love to bully new comers.
