I worked at adidas (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Long history and drive for the market it's in
    Treated employees fairly
Pretty good benefits for full time

    Cons

Management structure changes were too drastic and took too long to implement.
No clear progression into other areas of the company.

    Advice to Management

Have your entire plan figured out before implementing it. We were told that there was going to be a structure change and it took almost a year to implement, causing me to have to collect unemployment instead of being able to loom for my own backup plan. It took me 2 months to find employment again.

I have been working at adidas part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Discount is 30% in store and it's a pretty easy job. We also get 50% off online which is a major plus! The customers are ok, I haven't had a single bad experience yet.

    Cons

We get very few hours and since I live far I'm still debating if it's worth it. The pay could be better. I get $9.50

I worked at adidas part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

flexible scheduling, employee discounts, love of the brand, and very cultured environment.

    Cons

sometimes employees would not call in when they were going to be absent and this would always throw a curve ball for the other employees. some employees were very unprofessional. The break room was a small section with a small table in the back of the storage room. So there was hardly any room to breath or relax when it came to breaks and also there was high turnover at this location.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at adidas full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Overall cool culture of winners and leadership focus: amazing product, heritage, focus on valuing its employees, fresh POV on innovation and marketing, clear new strategies for winning market share and growing the business. Transforming to rapidly move head and shoulders above most retail / apparel / fashion / sports brands that are now greatly struggling to find footing under challenging new consumer models and business climates.

    Cons

Transformation towards new strategies is not easy at any company, therefore long hours and hard work, and (needed) leadership changes underway.

    Advice to Management

Continue focus on the people, improving organizational collaboration, and elevating the brand and talent.

I worked at adidas part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Discount is really nice and meet a lot of athletes that have the same interest.

    Cons

Management there is corrupt and a particular one of them is always negative. She always has a wrong gesture and just overall not a good person. Hopefully soon people decide to tell higher management what is going on there because it really affects the work environment.

    Advice to Management

It's not that hard to come with a good attitude to work.
