I worked at adidas part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The company culture is great on the retail level. They have perks for part-time employees like quarterly allotments and 30% and 50% discounts on all adidas products. Flexible hours.

    Cons

They pay very close to minimum wage to retail associates. The opportunities for upward mobility is difficult. You have to work as a retail associate for at least around 2 years to move up to an assistant manager. No full time opportunities for retail associates.

    Advice to Management

Management should make an investment into creating inspiration for associates so that there is a "buy in" into the companies values and brand. It shouldn't feel forced but natural.

I worked at adidas (More than a year)

    Pros

Discount is good, insurance, well known brand, product quality is good, has good ideas but unable to execute.

    Cons

No advancement opportunities, bonus is once a year-I was not given my bonus for 2016 because I left less than one month before pay out which does not make sense, limited payroll, shipment processes, theft, training, no paid holidays for support team or double time, your vacation time counts against your payroll.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your people, change to month bonus or quarter bonus, give payroll to support company initiatives, give bonus to those that were entitled too receive. Pay support management better or more competitive rates, change job titles.
