I worked at adidas part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Co-workers and managers were lenient, friendly and humorous. Everyday at work was fun, even the busiest days. Store manager was actually funnier than all of the retail associates I worked with.

    Cons

Limited amount of hours were given to "more recent" employees

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work, miss working for this company.

Process for change approval is slow and at times a constraint for next level efforts and implementation timelines.

Be open to change and new ideas especially in the areas of emerging technologies.

I worked at adidas part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Adidas was a great company to work for. They went above and beyond what I expected in a retail job. The co-workers and managers all worked together to form an almost perfect working environment. During my time at the store, I learned many valuable things that I do not believe other jobs would have provided me with. At Adidas, I learned the true meaning of connecting with a customer, engaging with a customer, and inspiring them to purchase an item or come back. I also applied this in my regular life making engagements with people a lot more enjoyable! I truly recommend Adidas for anyone looking into retail, especially store #6146!

    Cons

There was really nothing bad about working at Adidas. I only wished I could wear other color shirts or pants during certain holidays or seasons, but that's just extra. Everything was great.

    Advice to Management

Keep being awesome! Everyone in a management position at store #6146 deserves a round of applause. The hard work and dedication gave from management are shown in the store's success in these past years! Thanks for everything!

I have been working at adidas part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I'm 6 months in and...
Great work experience with awesome coworkers, but it's really what you make it! For the most part the managers are great and when you find your place they really help you bring out that side of you everyday.

    Cons

They can get very cheap with scheduling and are not very good at positioning new hires. They would put all the first shift employees in the same area.

    Advice to Management

Mix the new hires with vet employees so they can teach them the ropes and no one else closing the store has to suffer. Call employees in if you see it's going to be a long night.
