      -Global company, opportunities for transfer -People under the leadership level are amazing to work with -Good work/life balance

      Cons

      -Leadership very out of touch -Very reactionary instead of forward looking & innovative -Constantly battling with Global teams, who sometimes don’t recognize or reward the better work being done in the markets -Company lacks innovation & creativity in the Tech space -No IC vs Leadership tracks, leading to people managing teams or orgs that shouldn’t be in those positions -Pay is not very competitive -Constantly fighting for funding and resources to get anything done
