    Pros

Great product, unique compared to other services in the industry, flexible engineering which allowed multiple ways to present solutions

    Pros

High marks to the company founders and first leadership team. The second team continued the vision. Really had a good product and fantastic customer service.

After the third leadership change the company went off the rails. Poor communication and lack of direction was the norm. No budget to make network repairs. Customer Care no longer priority.

    Pros

Was part of a great executive sales team that produced record results for the company. Interesting, unique and challenging technology.

More thoughtful mergers or acquisitions will bring this company to profitability sooner.

    Pros

Good salary, good benefits and decent office electronics to facilitate sales.

    Cons

The back office is incompetent and unable to install services correct or in a timely manner. The office in Houston is located in the ghetto. The network in Dallas and Phoenix get most of the attention and therefore are better places to be in sales.
