I worked at arvato AG full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Co workers were awesome and helpful. Jim was the manager at the time. Supportive environment. The supervisors were very strange. Free pop, snacks and good coffee. Free arcade games, pool etc. Your own cubicle. Didn't feel like a call center.

    Cons

Training is HARD and ran by someone I think was on drugs. She kept leaving the training room all of the time and couldnt keep still. I know a druggy when I see one. Once she did training and put you on the floor doing live calls, if you asked her questions she always had a smart remark. I had to pull her to the side to let her know I was not the one.

    Pros

Good training, good hours, coworkers are great. Supervisors are open to new ideas. Open door policy when it comes to talking to management.

    Cons

Low starting wage. Raises are small and far between. Short lunch break. Could be more open about what and how to advance. As well as what the rewards of advancement are.

    Advice to Management

Arcs to needs something like Enterprise has a management trainee track. With clear goals and benchmarks. Including pay information so people can really develop a career.

    Pros

It was an extremely good company and I was excited to work there, everything went smoothly with day to day operations.

    Cons

There were times where it felt as if it was hard to move up the ladder and it was also very competitive so late nights and early mornings

    Advice to Management

Make sure to contact the people who post about this website as it is important to make them feel more welcomed and excited about the company, ASF is an awesome place to work

Good atmosphere with an international corporation. Plenty of room for networking and opportunity (if willing to relocate).

Site management showed a strong commitment to maintaining viability for as long as possible. Continue to work dillegently at this.

I have been working at arvato AG full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They have a Global recognition program which can't get any better than that

    Cons

Most of the time there is not much to do, requests can come in at any time and some days unexpectedly after lunch time the requests start to pilling up.

    Advice to Management

I do recommend a training program for the new hires, I remember the first few weeks when I started working there wasn't much to do and all the new hires had to shadow existing employees to get an idea of what they where doing which did not help us much.
