Pros
Some of the pros 1) Very great work -life balance 2) salary is above average than other similar types of company 3)Great Management , especially Jonathan Bush(CEO) vision makes the company growing like anything 4) Culture is great . 5) Very low politics compared to other company makes successful.
Cons
1) NO free feed (We are wealth enough to get the food from outside) 2) No free Iphone or fancy stuffs (Getting good pay to get those things with in a month) No real Cons are there
