This could be a great company...if middle management makes good on their promises.

    Pros

Co-workers create a supporting atmosphere and you grow to genuinely love the people you work with. Free coffee (Even though it's burnt) Working conditions are pretty relax for a call center

    Cons

Management talks the talk, but a one-legged leper can walk a better walk then those in charge. Networking with managers is practically impossible because if you're not a groupie, they don't care to talk to you.

Great Company to work for with a lot of Potential!

    Pros

The Austin office is one of a kind! Its located at the old Austin Power plant that's been completely modernized and has an amazing futuristic look and feel. In the Austin office, every Monday its Taco day. Company orders free breakfast tacos from Torchy's. There's a large shipment of all different types of snacks every month which is pretty cool. The office is beautiful and the people that work in the Austin office are super nice and laid back. My manager is relatively new to the company as I am as well, but we have a good synergy and it seems like there's a lot of room for growth. When I first got here it seemed like there was a lot of churn in the company because of the leadership changes. However, the new leadership team really does seem like they are doing a good job in focusing on the employees and making a difference in healthcare. Overall, even though I've only been here a couple of months, I love working here. I highly recommend it!

    Cons

The infrastructure is a bit legacy but there are large scale projects to get it modernized.

    Pros

The best company in terms of culture. You have a very good work-life balance here at this space in chennai. The company is spaced with just 200 people and you will almost know everyone in a very short span :)

    Cons

You have to keep learning, that is not a con to me though

    Beware of inaccurate job description

    Pros

-They pay well, overtime eligible -Decent benefits

    Cons

-High turnover on the Sales Operations team (greater than 20 people have left the department in the past year and a half) -Micromanagers on the team with condescending attitudes -Long ramp time, they spend 3 months reading slide decks to you that teach you nothing about the nuances of the role and call it 'bootcamp' -The job description talks about 'analyzing key metrics' there is no analyzing or real process improvement in this role, the people that have been praised for 'process improvement' have not eliminated any workflow steps, but rather formatted process docs differently. -at least half of your time will be 'listening in on' unnecessary meetings -Your 'stakeholders' are salespeople who berate you all day and demand contracting changes that are out of your ability to approve, you spend most of your time reassigning tickets to proper approvers (something that could be done with a more automated system), obtaining approval, then punching in info into sales force so that a sales person can send paperwork. Lots of back and forth.
