I worked at aviya full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Decent Pay and location and some people are good.

    Cons

Short-Sight management. Badly run, many of the mid-level managers have been there forever and have no idea how things are done. They will keep switching you from Project to Project. Company will hold you at as low a pay as they can until you threaten to leave. Highly Recommend NOT to work here.

    Advice to Management

Start Managing. Let go of the politics. Train your managers, or pick people who can manage others. Trust in your employees more.

    - ok salary
    - hiring process is straightforward and not overcomplicated, company is easy to deal with. No unrealistic requirements or expectations. Overall, great opportunity.

not much, everything as expected . The only thing you should keep in mind is Aviya mainly provides manpower to other companies, there not that many internal projects. This is not necessarily a bad thing, just something to be aware of.
