    Company really motivates the female employees by providing the Day care facility. Mothers can focus on their work along with spending time with their child in the free time.

    It would have been good if Day care facility will be provided to the male employees also.

    I worked at bebo Technologies full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Good Leave acquistion policy. Good policies to manage team but are not well implemented (would like to add in pro as policies are really good). Day care facility. Inside cafetaria offering food at subsidized rates. Sport and other extra curricular activities.

    Cons

    Three years bond ( company calls it two way agreement but your only way of getting out is by paying hefty amount to the company). Very limited WFH and discourages WFH with fixation that it decreases efficiency. Per my experience did not rceive resources to learn new tehcnologies (which are even used in the client projects) like educational site access or if it is paid service that you are learning then license/subscription to the service (you are on your own mate !). Very few leaves, only around 16 a year (subject to tenure with the company). Mo sick or any other kind of leave (except compensatory leaves, only for those extra days which are approved).

    Advice to Management

    My advice to the management would be to be open to the new ideas and give credit to talent rather trusting only the employees working for long time. Afterall a new entry will only stay with you if he is valued and it is a two way street. One must rely on providing good support to his employees to retain them and not stay behind the shield of a two year bond.

    bebo Technologies Response August 2, 2019 – Head of India Operations This is what last revert was given by management —> based on suggestions we acted on PB and LTA. Longer the journey, higher the reward.

    Cons

    Reality is LTA3 +PB had 3 base + PB salary and LTA4 has 2 base salary and no PB. So, where is higher the reward? Earlier or now? Also, capping is so badly defined in LTA4 where which ever is low is pickup not higher. First time I have seen a company who reduce CTC without informing

    Stop the bonded labour then see who stays with you in longer journey.
