    Pros

    Good Culture. Team is very supportive.
    High level of involvement instead of weed work. I enjoyed the intern. It was also a good resume builder experience.

    The supervisor is very willing to teach interns anything and the working environment is very relaxing. The projects can be challenging and you can learn about how small businesses make money.

    Cons

    The interns are unpaid. Sometimes things can get very slow and inefficient.

    Pros

    Freedom to work on projects and technology you want to. Very good support and team work. Very good learning environment. Full ownership and development freedom. Awesome people and awesome team to work with.

    Cons

    No downside as such in terms of working environment. No kitchen with free food or other perks. Intern Salary low compared to other companies in Boston.

    The work-live balance is very good. There are not a lot of work load. Quite relaxed.

    Cons

    I guess this is the common issue for most public agencies. There is some level of bureaucracy in the organization.

    Advice to Management

    I am not quite sure what to say actually. With the new mayor, there might be a lot of changes going on in the Authority.

    Benefits, public sector atmosphere, personal growth, lots of interaction with other departments

    Cons

    Needs some restructuring in terms of organization (but they are in the process of doing that now so hopefully things will be more streamlined in the near future) ; also needs to implement electronic data organization system
