- Product good - make progress - Employees are helpful and friendly globally - Management good except India
Cons
- Only Con India Management: - They know nothing from product - Only try impress people in Germany - don't care for GDPR contract that they sign (full on violation) - change salary structure without informing then force to sign - HR is worst, threatens employee during appraisal - finance rude with employee and vendor - management lie to employee - management tell employee foreign work trip is bonus - bad... atmosphere in office - they make employee fill wrong reporting to other countries - they hide reality from other countries

It's been only a few days since I joined. Therefore, reviewing the hiring process I went through. There were total of 6 rounds: 1. Telephonic Interview(Technical). 2. Face2Face Interview(Technical). 3. Machine Test(Technical). 4. Basic call with Technical Head(On-site). 5. Discussion with Business Head. 6. Discussion with HR. Though it seems a lengthy process, but everything was quick and efficient. I... was given proper time and attention by the HR. I had to visit the facility twice for couple of hours. The rest was communicated through emails and calls and the whole hiring process completed within a week.

good money zero check, do what you want serve food at your managers place and you will benefit get foreign trip
Cons
people who can keep the higher ups happy are given preference by the top people agree with top person or you will be fired. some functional dept people likes gossiping and get into politics
Advice to Management
Germany management should stop coming to India they don't want to take employees feedback seriously hire and fire culture was not what we know in India

- A place you can learn something new everyday thanks for the amazing people here who are always willing to help if you need anything. - Nice working spaces with good IT support - You have opportunities to show your work to other's parts of company - You can take on responsibility and yet there is always someone who has your back - Fresh fruits and water (naturel and spark water.. btw why do germans love so... much spark water? haha) - Everyone is approachable and friendly, you can always ask questions - Good benefits and salary

1. Too many changes in the top management in the last 1 year has moved out india MD and other important pillars. 2. Company's india office has now 40 people left out of 70 in January 2018.

- Good work place for active people - Amazing community, everyone is willing to help (almost)
Cons
- A lot of legacy code, sometimes simples tasks are a pain - Employees are kept in the side when big changes happen, and they are informed about the facts, rather than plans - It is not very "safe" as a company to be honest, as blazingly huge changes happen out of the sudden and none can know about them, there is communication but it's about trivial things, employees don't know much about the things that... really matter - It looks nice from the outside world (given the clients it has), but it is not that nice inside
