    Great work life balance; understanding, smart, and helpful colleagues; exciting industry; renewed focus at CEO level; have the appropriate mentality and data assets for success

    dealing with the administrative support teams can occasionally be a nightmare; at times keeping non-performing employees too long; no putting necessary TLC on some product offerings

    evaluate the product offerings and put necessary TLC on products we want to keep and grow. ensure proper staffing level to support quality delivery

    great work /life balance. benefits are great and friendly environment to work in. happy with the hours and the relationships made.

    Pros

    Solid earning potential, interesting product, great coworkers. Sales people here are motivated and rewarded for putting their motivation to work.

    Cons

    Lack of formalized training program. Tons of products and a disorganized system of managing learning resources for employees and clients.

    Advice to Management

    Create a formal training system and make sure that every employee has the same level of training on every product, especially in sales.

    Great company that is leading the charge in digital measurement. comScore is constantly at the forefront of innovation.

    Cons

    A big company that still acts like a startup. Good and bad with that but like any company, it's a challenge to navigate internally. but there are a lot of good people to help you get the answer.

    continue to break down silos in the organization to enable easier communication across the different verticals and offices.
