I worked at cxLoyalty full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Very much a team atmosphere, pay and benefits were fair, fellow employees were friendly, hard working and willing to pitch in on whatever challenge arose.

    Cons

Executive management changes frequently - each coming in with their own take on how things should run, which is fine, but they need to combine that with listening to employees who have been there for years and have reasons for doing things a certain way. Making major changes without considering the current structure can cause problems. Opening offices in their home locations because they don't want to move to where the company is located and staffing those offices with new hires who have duplicate job responsibilities to long time employees caused tremendous friction as well. Next executive comes in and does the same thing, but in a different part of the country. Now many technical positions are being moved to Manila for cheaper labor. Company has changed names multiple times as it keeps reinventing itself, and mass layoffs are not uncommon.
