    I worked at dELiA*s part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Coworkers were vey spirited and quick to learn. Discount was 40%. Atmosphere was thriving, our store performed as top in company. I was permitted travel and leadership roles frequently!

    Cons

The company's branding is all wrong; very steep price points in a "bargain" demographic (preteen to teenaged girls). Also changed demographic too frequently

    Advice to Management

Trends can come and go without redefining the brand. Break the salesfloor into sections more suited towards different clientele.
