Pros

Benefits are okay but not enough to stay in a job with a career cap.

Cons

Uniquely males in management. Not ideal for a woman dominated industry. 1 or 2 women in management position that have zero to none way to weight in on any decisions.

Pros

Great working environment, Quality staffing, Good Benefits, Flexible work schedules. The office is a working showroom and is always changing to reflect current furniture options and trends. Multiple disciplines exist within the company providing movement options for a diverse career opportunity

Cons

An overly complex senior management structure often results in painful slowdown of improvement implementation. Too many cooks clutter and obstruct potential improvements and can block visibility of high performers.
