I have been working at dd's DISCOUNTS part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some employees are nice i guess...and the 40 discount we get one every season are pretty awesome.

    Cons

Always cancelling your hours. They expect way too much out of you. The management sucks as well as the store owner. They dont want to pay you for things that you have the right to.

I worked at dd's DISCOUNTS part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The pros of working here is that during holidays you get pretty good hours that's pretty much it, other than that hated it.

    Cons

Supervisors and managers get the most hours out of everyone and they don't even train you and expect you to know everything, even get mad when you ask them a question. The most hours I got a week were 4hrs I know I was part time but still and they want you to prioritize the job. Also too the supervisors would stay talking about you to other employees like if we were in High School. Also when people would come to inspect the store they tried to shove everything you were supposed to know the day you started working in 2 mins.

    Advice to Management

    Treat all your employees equally.
