    Pros

They have amazing science they are exploring in very important areas. They had a great team in place but gave up too early on us.

    Cons

They were not ready for the launch of a sales team and that put everyone in a tough spot.

Not enough people at the decision making level understand what is required to develop products/ work in the IVD industry.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Great coworkers. Seriously, some of the best people I have ever worked with, and I hope to maintain many of the relationships.

    Cons

Crappy benefits, underpaid, understaffed, HORRIBLE C-Level staff, almost non-existent employee morale.

    Advice to Management

Please do not ever go to another company (this is for C-level staff, not regular management). Retire and leave decent people alone.

    Pros

Non Left - Used to be a great company to work for until new leadership came in.

    Cons

New leadership team has no clue what they are doing. Just collecting a paycheck and running the company into the ground. Let go of all the quality Sales Managers that helped build the company up. Smoke and mirrors is all they have left.

    Advice to Management

You should have listened and respected the team of high caliber Regional Sales Managers you had working for the company when you came on board.

    Pros

Nice people, great location, ok benefits.

    Cons

Only one product. New management destroyed the company. Laid off half the employees to please investors. Took away all company events. Those left have been leaving. Not sure how they can keep up like this. Sad to see it go down.

    Advice to Management

    Leave while you can!

    Pros

Salary is good. The new site is a very nice building with good working environment for the staff. The new management is trying to improve the company profitability and business acumen with appropriate investments.

    Cons

Schizophrenic, no pipeline due to lack of previous management infighting and short sightedness. Employees with history there are viewed with suspicion, such as we're they part of the problem in the past? Current management lack of experience in the product science is causing short sightedness, and delays.

    Advice to Management

Listen a bit more and promote from within. Reward the hard work that is constantly being done and then quickly it is on to the next thing.
