I have been working at dmg world media full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

It's a very fast-paced company with a lot of diversity

    Cons

Work-life balance can be skewed towards the work side; compensation seems to be decided in an arbitary manner; Senior management is very indecisive and prone to frequent changes or priorities without fully considering the implications

    Advice to Management

Decide on a path and then stick to it; stop panicking and treat your staff with respect.

I worked at dmg world media full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Got to do some travelling to various events around AU and Asia and met some amazing people.

    Cons

The pay wasn't there. I didn't get a pay rise for over 2 years, when my workload tripled because of new projects (and a lot of extra $$ for the company!)

    Advice to Management

Reward your employees more - make them want t work for you. Too many Snr employees who aren't necessarily worth the huge salaries but hard working employees who make shows happen doesn't get to see any of it.
