      Wonderful Company!

      Pros

Great work environment, super promotion opportunities, good discounts, a very supportive team, great training and work home life balance is awesome!! The support you get from upper management is wonderful to help you manage through sticky situations, I just can't say enough good about this company.

      Cons

There are no cons about the company. It is hard when you have someone on the team that doesn't want to play nice, luckily they go away!

      Pros

My schedule is very flexible and my team is understanding and fun to work with.

      Cons

Things have changed pretty dramatically with upper management. They don't see what happens in the stores. They add more to the workload but take away the hours you have to work with. Tell you that you need to focus on the customer but then wonder why workload isn't done

      Pros

Insurance, 401k, Paid time off. For full time employees only.

      Cons

Brick and mortar is in trouble. Company has changed upper management several times in the last year. Everyone has a different mission. Cut payroll hours but extend work load. Part time only gets 15 hours a week and less at minimum wage. Company has open surveys but only select questions so never gets to the core of issues and what needs to change. District Leader level is running scared of losing they're jobs so they rule by making sure you know your job is on the line every day. Held accountable for number you have no control over . This was once a great company . Have great respect for the founders. Am saddened by what has happened to their legacy.

      Pros

Nice stores and great health insurance. It used to be fun and satisfying to come to work.

      Cons

Constant change in policies and district managers pushing and micromanaging every move. Nothing is ever good enough. Threatening managers to try and make the stores profitable again. Upper management grasping at straws to find a way to save the company. The stock prices have hit so low that it is scary! No more raises and nearly impossible to make bonuses.

      Meh....

      Pros

As a part-time assistant manager I can tell you that I ADORE my staff! However, upper management has no sense of work-life balance and each week they just pile on new crap. The expectations are WAY TOO HIGH and they pay very unfairly. I make a cashiers salary as an assistant manager!!! I also get no benefits! I've been here 3 years and I am frantically looking for a new job that will invest in me and give something back in return for my hard effort. It was fun at first but when you see all the time you invest in your work and have nothing to show for it and can't pay your bills or afford to go on an unpaid vacation you begin to hate it.

      Cons

No benefits for part-time, heavy work load for very little pay. Keep looking!
