    Pros

Steady job and able to work from home.

    Cons

As a Customer Service Rep, it's frustrating to have a great call reviewed and get a low score because I did not do the psych babble stuff: "I'll be happy to assist..." or to Forget to apologize cuz the customer can not figure out how to use the web site...

I worked at eBay Enterprise full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good benefits. Shift bids. Casual Dress

    Cons

More was expected from CSR than could actually be done. Success and metrics suffered because of this and made advancing very difficult.

    Advice to Management

Boost employee moral and make them feel necessary

I have been working at eBay Enterprise full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The pay is decent. The benefits are awesome. They make you feel appreciated as an employee. There are some really great people who work there. The safety and security team and procedures are phenomenal. Lots of vending machines. Big break room. Gym for the employees. The supervisors are taught to be positive. So, basically they tell you that you need to improve in a really nice way so you don't feel so bad.

    Cons

They don't always put their core employees first. The management is a little out of order. They don't communicate too well to keep you updated. I feel like a lot of times I'm left in the dark. Parking sucks, especially during season. Advancement takes quite a bit of time. There's a lot of people so the public bathrooms are usually pretty gross (this is more due to the employees than the employer). Since there are so many people, getting sick is expected.

    Advice to Management

The management is like a toss up, in my opinion. I've had direct supervisors that helped me succeed so much and were extremely supportive. I've also had some that I am glad I no longer report to. The management above my direct supervisors has always been what it needs to be: supportive, helpful, and pushing you to do your best.

I have been working at eBay Enterprise full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good benefits with a fair amount ofbvacation time and friendly coworkers.

    Cons

Management, for the most part is out of control. Supervisors tend to speak to employees in a very condescending manner. Favortism and neprotism abounds. Most stressful job I've ever had.

    Advice to Management

Live by The Golden Rule. Stop behaving like power-hungry tyrants. Learn Federal work laws and stop breaking them.

I worked at eBay Enterprise full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Excellent first full-time job.
    Okay benefits
    Easy work
    Good time off policies
Fun environment, with typically enjoyable coworkers
    Decent compensation

    Cons

    Terrible lower level management
    Poor pay
    No recognition for performance
Unable to get time off approved
Company is unwilling to make reasonable accommodation.

    Advice to Management

Keep a closer eye on your lower management. Several of them act unfairly towards your tier 1 employees, and refuse them their time off for their own gain, despite the vacation time being allowed by company policy, even when business needs do NOT require the employee to be present.
