    On-time Salary. Flexible shift timings. Timely training and regular weekly update meetings.

    Cons

    Don't get fooled during the interview. They hire fresher at the lowest salary possible and show them dreams of a huge yearly increment and tell them false perks on working in their agency. Once the new employee completes their training they make them work hard with high stress and because of that personal life get disturbed. Employees have to work on the weekend as well without any extra pay. Don't dream of a good yearly increment you won't get anything near your expectations for all the hard work you have done. A lot of pressure on the employees especially I noticed on web designing team. They work very hard with tight deadlines. Most of them are working on a low salary and their managers are strict and talk rudely. Lower position employees such as executives are frightened of their managers. Company is not at a good location, from outside it looks like an old factory and doesn't get a good vibe while entering the compound. There are no fun activities at all. No bonus. No games. No vouchers, except for one yearly dinner and one annual day celebration.

    This place is great for programmers to learn new technologies; also the team members are very helpful. Good work life balance along with on time salary and flexible timing. Team leader is also very supportive and helpful. Good work culture and a positive environment. Best thing about this place is you get salary on time.

    One of the great company to work with. Freshers can learn a lot. Great team members. TL/Managers are helpful. Foram, Ibrahim, Anil, Shreefal, Pritam, Rahul are one of the best TL and employees ever meet. Wish to work with this company again.

    Pros

    Low work pressure. No fixed shift timings.

    Cons

    The extremely low wage, and the individuals who only focus on profits and nothing about reputation. The company has unfair policies. You are forced to work on holidays. The procedure to get in any department remains easy as the only thing these guys look for is cheap labor. PPC in particular is the worst department continuing to get worse because of the horrible environment and individuals who have created a lot of misunderstanding for their own survival. Good increment is given to people who delivers all the update to seniors, be it true or lie. Work will not matter. Few employees in PPC are influenced by the management and seniors. Such employees don't deserve a place yet get better treatment and prevention due to which other employees leave and will continue to leave.

    Ample of opportunities to grow, Supportive Team Leaders, Flexible Timings. The teamleaders has the capability to drive performance within a group of people. They are never partial and provide equal opportunites to every member of the team depending on the talent. The culture of the company is great and everyone I worked with is amazing especially the Social Media Team. They treated every employee with respect. After working with eBrandz I have found and have experienced significant growth in my knowledge. Deciding to work with eBrandz as the Social Media Manager is one of the best decision I have made which has helped me to achieve my goals.
