I have been working at eClinicalWorks full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

One of the most amazing places to work if you are self motivated and willing to take initiative. We operate as a very flat organization, little hoops to jump through and endless possibilities to make a difference. The founders of the company have done something remarkable here and care deeply about those employed, their families and the impact job creation makes on our local economy. Big hearts!

    Cons

I can't highlight any cons to this environment. It's impossible to be dissatisfied with all the flexibility, independence & support received.

    Advice to Management

Don't change! Titles don't reflect who you really are and the impact you make everyday. Stay true to what's made us so successful!

    Pros

    Good Health plan for employees.

    Cons

Nepotism. No Work Life Balance in most departments. Stressful Environment.
Compensation is low. less growth oppurtunities

    Advice to Management

HR is aware of everything, but Nothing is going to change.
I only wished management should concentrate on the 2nd level managers/directors as most of them are incompetent for the roles they have

    Pros

Good work environment, won't really get fired or be pushed to hard for more

    Cons

Money, this company does not understand that commission is what drives sales people to do more and they don't really do that.

    Advice to Management

You need to change a lot of sales

I have been working at eClinicalWorks full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Friendly atmosphere, upper management is easily accessible. Flexible work hours atleast for developers. Best in town 401k plan and health insurances

    Cons

Since the work hours are flexible, they might become a little demanding on the amount of work we do. Too many ad hoc requirements and projects. Too many customizations of product based on individual customer requirements. Food in the cafeteria is bad.

I worked at eClinicalWorks full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Founders are very flexible. Work from home, take three weeks off, not much visibility by higher ups.

    Cons

Most people take advantage of it and company has not grown. They don't care if you want to perform above and beyond. Too much politics.

    Advice to Management

Set a structure. Have a hierarchy and challenge employees

    Pros

Innovative, fast-paced, supportive work environment. Lots of interesting people, and you learn a lot here. If you work hard, and prove your value, you'll do well here.

    Cons

Not willing to spend the money to attract/retain talent. The more talented employees leave for better pay, and those we hire to replace them do not have the upfront skills necessary for the job.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees what they're worth. One talented, educated, skilled, experienced employee is worth 5 who are not. And that's what saves money.

I worked at eClinicalWorks full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

the only pros I would say is - they apply for your H1 visa but when they do that - you are stuck in this company for some time.

    Cons

Lots of problems - they treat you like slaves. They don't consider you their employees - its just they are paying you and you have to work day and night. They don't pay money as well. In my team nothing was new - so basically I was not learning anything and neither getting paid. Job description they add is false - DO NOT FALL FOR THAT - always ask an employee who is working in this company. Managers are SOOO RUDE!! They shout at you in front of everyone - they delegate their mistakes on you and then shout at you and when you ask for reason - they remind you how much they are paying you and you can't speak in front of them. I used to work day and night - still it was never enough for them- lot of after hours work. My life was hell when I was working there. They never encourage you - the only thing they do is demotivating their employees so that no one can speak in front of them and no one can ask for hike!! Its a family company. Most of the Managers are related to each other or to the CEOs - so u cant even complaint to higher authorities. Managers have no work ethics! No manners! Working there was a nightmare for me. Some CEOs are still good but most team leads are horrible!!! DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT WORKING FOR THEM SPECIALLY IN DATA MIGRATION TEAM!!

    Advice to Management

No advice - nothings gonna happen
