    Pros

They will hire anyone outside there needed scope. Also they will hire you if you require a work visa/sponsorship.

    Cons

Since they hire outside the scope they do no train you correctly. The hire those that need a sponsorship to keep them as slaves. They will not fire you is you are being sponsored by them. This will draw attention and they are already under the microscope with CIA, and the SQOO. This is a family run company. What that means, if you are not family, there is close to no chance of going anywhere. Owners kids are not being held accountable for their actions. They do not even punish those that sexually harass you either. They just move them to another location, so that they can harass their next victim. They are not a proactive company. They sell their software with many bugs and use the clients as test subject to QA their product. This is why their system is always buggy. They do not release the bug fixes right away. They wait until their next release date, and that could be 3, 6 months to a year. They make promises they can't keep. The main owner is the one approving the releases. Now this makes you think about that big law suit they had a couple of years ago. Why would he name others when it is his responsibility and only his word that will release all the enhancements and bug fixes. Food for thought. Lots of favoritism in the company, if you are not of their kind, you get nothing. They have no understanding of medical necessity. (again if you are American only) If you decide to make a move to another position. To them all positions are lateral. You will not get more money, and they do not train you for your new position. They expect you to know it all.

    Pros

My manager was very nice and left me to do my work with minimal intrusion. The bonuses are pretty good and the benefits are great.

    Cons

Not much in the way of advancement. Unless you are an engineer, growth is minimal.

I have been working at eClinicalWorks full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

After 6 years here there are no pros to working for this company.

    Cons

The Human Resources Department is a joke. They can’t do anything within the internal SLA (service level agreement). They discriminate. Told an ex employee they don’t rehire people. When rehires from overseas are brought back countless times. What they mean is they don’t rehire unless you’re related to Management in some way. Glassdoor was BLOCKED on the internal network from all the sexual harassment accusations from other offices.
