    Positive Outlook

I have been working at eDataForce full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Management treats team members fairly(As a friend) and compensation is equitable. They cares deeply about your career direction, and always pushes you to grow more, and to learn as much as possible. There are a lot of opportunities if you are able to step out and prove yourself. The culture is really unique and collaborative.

    Cons

It's a really challenging environment! If you aren't prepared to push yourself, you'll get burned out.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at eDataForce full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    great food options in pantry.
    salary was thankfully on time.

    Cons

Professional attitude, salary and standards are below average.
Owners have conflict in decision making and you are expected to work for the responsibilities that are completely out of your job profile.
Too much of expectations, micromanagement & unrealistic targets as compared to salary offered.
Bias towards off-shore team in india not only for sharing requirements but for leads as well.
If you are a skilled, talented, smart and experienced professional then this place is not the place for you.

    Advice to Management

if you love your unskilled india team that needs constant guidance & instructions so much then why have you opened office in US ?

    Negative Outlook

I worked at eDataForce full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

If you do not have a job at all, this is good place to start with.

    Cons

Expect an endless list of priorities & micromanagement as compared to other local family owned businesses.

Knowledge transition in this company is a joke. There is ALWAYS conflict of power & decision making between both the managers(family members & India office).

The responsibilities assigned are not even close to Junior level HR responsibilities and when asked they were denied outright. HR responsibilities are INSTEAD closely associated with Administrative Assistant Job.

Salary is not at par with market even for admin job assigned.
Work ethics are low in standards as compared to average office environment and owners are bias towards India office/offshore operations.

I will NOT consider this company if I am looking for a decent HR job.
If you do plan to leave this company, forget about reference irrespective of your work commitment and duration at this place.

    Advice to Management

Be a responsible employer for your past employees.
