      Some nice people that are helpful

      - Terrible CEO, absolute bully, a very petty man, spoke up to him multiple times, politely and constructively, but he's not able to take any critique, so he reverts to making your life absolute hell. - Don't respect people's personal lives. - Trumpish way of communication - Spies among employees that appear to be your friend, but are actually reporting to CEO directly.

      While we take all feedback seriously, this review does not reflect our current structure - we do not have a Customer Success Manager role based in Dublin at this time, and haven't for some time.       I really enjoyed my time at eDesk, everyone was super friendly and welcoming to me during my time there. It's a great place to learn and grow especially if you are early in your career like myself. I got loads of support from my managers and felt like I could always ask questions.

      Fast-paced, evolving SaaS environment

      Pros

      If you enjoy working in a scaling SaaS company where things move quickly, eDesk offers a lot of opportunity to make an impact. There’s a strong sense of ownership in teams, and you’re encouraged to contribute ideas. Many colleagues are smart, driven, and collaborative. The company has invested in AI and product enhancements, and it’s clear there’s momentum building. I’ve also had a manager who genuinely supports career growth and open conversation.

      Cons

      It’s not for everyone — things change fast, and priorities can shift. If you're expecting rigid structure or slow-paced development, this isn’t the place. Communication has improved but still has room to grow. Growing pains are part of the journey.
