      Pros

      I have been working at eDominer full -time basis more than 3 years. This is really a great company to work with. Work environment is very good. Excellent growth prospects.

      If u need a job with good environment. That's a nice company.

      Cons

      If you want to learn new technologies,upgrade yourself. Then that's not a write place to do so. They are still using old technologies. There are no new project. You will working as a support developer

      No pros for this company, needs lot of improvement.

      Cons

      This company makes you work long hours with minimum pay and no leave policy. If you are sick and you are absent your salary will be deducted. Very small company run by mostly family members. Location and environment of the company are other disadvantages. No new projects.

      Hi, Thanks for the feedback. Yes, our company is run by family members and the best part is, our people are treated like family members. The is surely a leave policy, just that it might not have suited to your advantage, so you feel bad about that. All candidates get enough time to check the location, leave policies, etc, before joining us. No company can force any employee to work for long hours. One has to review his/her own competency to finish work in a timely manner. As far as pay is concerned, people are told what they are being paid, its on papers. So why complain after that?
