I have been working at eGlobalTech

    Pros

Upper management is very friendly. They offer a good opportunity for growth and advancement. Get close and convenient metro stop.

    Cons

Subpar benefits. The hiring process was a long arduous process. Not transparent about job description. Could be getting paid more.

Thank you for your review and feedback on our benefits and hiring process. We increased our PTO accrual for all employees this year, and we welcome your specific feedback on our benefit programs so we can continue to improve our employee benefit programs. Please email HR with any suggestions and we will definitely take them into consideration as we prepare for benefit open season and our new plan year!

I worked at eGlobalTech full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Solid working team and they've moved into nicer headquarters than where they previously were. Ballston is a good location when there are meetings there.

    Cons

Management is not upfront with their employees. They make a big deal about having a "bench," but they really don't. Basically, keep one eye on the exit.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We agree that the Ballston office is a very nice location to work from, and offers space for independent work as well collaboration. It is unfortunate that occasionally an employee’s skills are not versatile enough to enable project rotation. eGT does actively manage billability to ensure that employees are transitioned to other clients (if and when their project ends). If this is not possible, we do maintain an active bench where employees work on corporate activities until a new project becomes available. In our recent corporate awards ceremony we were honored to provide several of our employees with 5 and 10 year anniversary awards and gifts – and we are looking forward to giving out more in the future!
