I have been working at eGlobalTech full-time

    Pros

Been here for 4 years. Came from large private sector company but people here are the best I ever worked with. Co-workers are very smart. Agree with past reviews Sr. VP (Branko Primetica) is really intelligent and great leader. He makes us think about problems differently and come up with creative solutions. Clients love what we do. Good benefits. Bonus program for all employees. HR is helpful. Nice offices.

    Cons

Limited knowledge sharing. Demanding clients. Some government clients stand in the way of progress. Directors don't provide enough feedback about performance.

I worked at eGlobalTech full-time for less than a year

    Pros

They pay very well and have a great recruiting team.

    Cons

They will want you to sign a confidentiality agreement that will own you forever. We call it the "slave agreement". Make sure you review it thoroughly with your lawyer before signing. It continues forever and strips you of your moral rights, prevents you from working for any competition within 25 miles of DC, MD and VA areas. I escaped on the third day.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Our firm's non-disclosure agreement is in-line with standard industry practices and has not been brought into question until this time. As soon as senior leadership became aware that you had concerns about the agreement, multiple in-person attempts were made to sit down, explain each section of the agreement, and answer any specific issues. We’re disappointed that we did not have a chance to discuss it with you directly before you decided to leave. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors!

I have been working at eGlobalTech full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I always received my paycheck and the benefits were okay.

    Cons

They are a hire and fire shop. They're not very picky or thorough on interviews and hire a fair amount of unqualified people, hence, then they end up firing them. Kind of dumb.

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at eGlobalTech full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Challenging Projects, Great Team of People, a lot of opportunities for growth. The people working in the firm, and the methodologies developed by the firm, are recognized as leading practices in Government. This has fueled the companies growth and also provided a lot of learning experiences for younger staff members. The company is also involved in a lot of philanthropic activities and is expanding this involvement as the it grows.

    Cons

Need for more mentorship and standardized processes. Need to develop a more advanced communications strategy with employees (although this may be changing with the adoption of Microsoft 365 and monthly newsletters).

    Pros

The work/projects are interesting. They have a lot of job openings.

    Cons

Time off is minimal. No sick days. Not very many people out of Wash, DC know much about this company...as far as putting it on your resume for your next job. Website needs help.
