Many... 1. Top management (CEO and his brother) harass employees. Daily unplanned works are allocated and if not done employees are harassed by them. 2. Unnecessary work pressure has been created and impossible target is given. They dont care about work quality. Only quantity matters for them. 3. Employees are sacked without any notice. 4. No surety of getting salary every month. They dont pay last month's salary after resignation. 5. Mental Harassment, abusing, shouting and insulting employees are normal over here. 6. Horrible situation for software guy. They have to do many things apart from coding. 7. Only one project in hand so no job security. 8. No fixed process for the project. Every day rules are changed. 9. Many promises will be given before joining. After joining you will realise all are fake. 10. Working here is a psychological torture. Employees are told to give positive reviews.

1) Worst thing is the management. Top management changes rules every week. They treat employee as their slave. Employees are mentally harassed by top management. 2)Unethical HR rules. HR does not have any power and is used to deploy all those unethical rules. 3)Employees from junior to senior are humiliated by top management. No job security. They fire employee with one day notice period and force employee to leave the office. 4)Monotonous work and heavy workload. Ppl have to work from home or work in weekend if they cannot complete the target (no one can complete the target). 5)They don't give Appointment Letter even after 6 months of joining. Even if employee serve notice period, they harass employee for release letter. They also harass for last month's salary. 6)No PF, ESI, Gratuity, Incentive or Bonus. No performance evaluation. 7)Very negative environment. I have never seen any happy employee in this organisation.
